Garlic Mashed Taters Shawns
6 Servings
2 Supersized Potatoe, Cubed
4 Garlic Clove, Peeled And Whole
1 Chicken Cube
6 Cups Water, To Cover
2 Tablespoon Butter
1/4 Cup Milk
1) Peel taters and garlic
2) Cube taters and chuck both in a pot. Cover with water and add stock cube.
3) Boil until they are soft
4) put in a bowl add a bit of broth, the butter and milk and mash and whip until desired texture.
